Porini Cheetah Camp
The stay
Porini Cheetah Camp is located in the 18,700-acre Ol Kinyei Conservancy, a community-owned wildlife area leased from the local Maasai to support conservation and sustainable tourism. With just six solar-powered tents, this eco-camp delivers an authentic, low-impact safari experience in a pristine, wildlife-rich corner of the Maasai Mara.
A small, solar-powered camp of six tents in the Ol Kinyei Conservancy gives guests a quiet base from which to watch wildlife move across open plains. Each tent provides an en-suite bathroom, a private veranda and solar charging points, allowing travellers to remain comfortable while keeping daily impact to a minimum.
Placed in a privately managed conservancy bordering the main reserve, the camp serves as a flexible anchor point for tailor-made safaris in the Masai Mara. Guests can combine morning and evening drives with visits to nearby Maasai villages or longer circuits across the wider ecosystem, all arranged to suit individual schedules and interests.
