The stay

Opening in 2026, Elela, meaning 'to flow' in Setswana, is a natural continuation of all that we hold true. Operating year-round, it's a place of rest and restoration – for us and nature – that immerses guests in the Delta’s diverse landscape, among the abundant life it supports.

Made up of ancient meandering waterways that fill when the rains arrive and recede as the seasons change, the Delta is an ever-shifting patchwork of species-rich islands, lagoons, grasslands, and swamps. Elela will honour and embody its essence of continuity through intuitively designed spaces and experiences that facilitate presence, closeness to the land, and the profound sense of freedom that can only be found deep within the wild.
