The stay

Set deep within northern Tanzania’s Grumeti Reserve, Serengeti House offers a full staff complement and private access to a pristine wilderness along the annual wildebeest migration route.

Singita Serengeti House is arranged for small groups who wish to share a single residence while still enjoying private quarters. Four suites open onto terraces where open air showers complement generous bathrooms, and the central living area links everything with a calm, contemporary feel. A 25 m infinity pool, fitness centre and tented wellness suite are on hand, along with a tennis court and pavilion, so downtime can be spent between activities or simply watching the surrounding plains.

In a tailor made safari through the Grumeti Game Reserve, the house serves as a private base for daily game drives and guided walks that follow the wildebeest migration. The all inclusive plan covers every meal and beverage, allowing guests to return at any hour without interruption to the rhythm of the day, while the staff manage logistics so each outing can be shaped around individual interests.
